Fire Exercises

There are four fire exercises assigned:

  • Chakra Blooming
  • Cyclic Chakra Breathing (2 types)
  • Emerald Heart Technique
  • Pranayama or Yoga Breathing (various types)

The Fire Exercises document either describes the techniques or provides pointers to where additional information is available.

The exercises are assigned for the next two to three months. As before, try each one for a week, then pick one to use over a month. At the end of the month, try your second choice. The goal is twofold, to increase the depth and breadth of tools available to you when you need them, and secondly to enliven your current practice.

We will use some of the above during the warrior ritual and over the course of the July sequestered weekend.
